Iron and Feathers

Anger and frustration can be useful tools. They can help plow through fear, get over obstacles and bypass intimidators. Anger and frustration as determination are iron against twigs.

Yet, being hard all the time isn’t something that you can do. Being hard all the time will cause you to be excessive on yourself. It can and will break you.

You must allow yourself to be soft, compassionate, accepting and calm. You must let the iron drop, and your guard then down.

Until next time,

Cade
