Anger

Anger tends to be an underrated emotion. It’s an emotion that’s often talked about as something shameful that everyone has to deal with, or as something that should be kept out of the public view. Anger is a lost emotion.

However, creating a healthy relationship with anger is necessary for a healthy emotional state. Trying to back down from everything and everyone, or pretending that something doesn’t bother you, will only internalize it while exploding at everything and everyone should highlight a deeper agitation.

Anger is an emotion that receives not even 10% of the respect it deserves. When it does get its respect, however, it sets the foundation for a much healthier relationship with one’s self.
