Going Home

Canada’s been great. It’s beautiful, hilariously fun, and vastly different from my home in Austin.

I am very thankful I got the chance to visit our Northern neighbors, and although everything did not go as planned, I had a great time.

As I begin my journey back, I am just a bit sad I wasn’t able to take more of it in, but a little taste of joy sometimes inspires us to seek it more.

So even though I’ve been making fun of the nation in my last posts, and it’s been interesting, I wanted to write a “thank you” Canada. For being that weird flannel-wearing neighbor.

You will be missed.
